Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Healing Adora, each tarot reading, course, or healing service is prepared with personal attention and energetic commitment. This policy explains how refunds, reschedules, and cancellations are handled.

• All readings, courses, and digital services must be booked and paid for in advance through the official booking form, payment link, or approved payment gateway.
   
• Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation message or email will be sent with your session details.
   

•  Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled.
   
• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or inability to attend..
   

• No refunds will be issued once a tarot reading, consultation, or digital product (such as courses, e-books, or recordings) has been delivered or accessed.
   
• Refunds will not be provided for:
   
  • Change of mind after booking.
     
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes (tarot readings are intuitive guidance, not guaranteed predictions).
     
  • Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice.
     
• In the rare event that Ssoniia Cabral must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
   
  • A full reschedule at no cost, or
     
  • A full refund of the amount paid.
     

• Digital content (PDFs, recordings, or online courses) is non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
   
• For live training programs, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus transaction fees.
   
• Transfers to future batches may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion.
   

• Physical items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
   
• Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with an unboxing video for verification.
   

• Approved refunds (in special cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
